Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
+Standard shipping within India takes 4-7 business days. Express shipping (1-3 days) is available at checkout. International orders take 10-15 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
+Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹2,000 within India. Orders below ₹2,000 have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Can I track my order?
+Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from your VELORA account.
Do you ship internationally?
+Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
+We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
How do I start a return?

Are returns free?
+Returns are free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a small return shipping fee may apply.

Do your products come with a warranty?
+Yes. All electronic products (lamps, humidifiers, blenders, massage guns) come with a 6-month warranty. Decor items have a 30-day quality guarantee.
